ISO 9001 Quality Management System Recertification

Congratulations everyone, we passed the recertification audit for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. And, with no non-conformances and no observations – a job well done!

The progress we’ve made over the last 18 months continuing to develop and embed the management system to be a part of everyone’s every day, and not just a certificate on the wall, is clear to see. The standard wants to see customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, risk-based thinking, evidence-based decision making, process approach, improvements, the plan-do-check-act cycle and relationship management. We had lots of evidence to support all of these!

The benefit of reviewing and improving existing processes and implementing new ones is being felt across the entire business and to our customers. Everyone’s role and contribution has been vital and will continue to be as together we strive to achieve the next round of improvements to the quality management system.

Our thanks go out to all the teams for the support given in getting us audit-ready. It was fantastic to able to demonstrate the effectiveness of our quality management system and the standard processes being followed!
