Bethany was working towards a Level 3 Business qualification 5 years ago when she decided to complete her work experience with Hawkins. A year later she joined us on a permanent basis as a Junior Accounting Assistant.

Bethany’s potential and commitment has been unquestionable from day one. She recently completed her AAT Level 3 qualification supported by Hawkins and has become a Finance Assistant. Investment in our people is fundamental as they are our biggest asset!

Ryan joined Hawkins as a Steel Fabrication Labourer at the age of 16. After three years, Ryan was enrolled on a Steelwork Fabrication apprenticeship programme and started attending college one day a week.

As he worked through his apprenticeship, his technical knowledge and skillset continued to grow and over the years has become a valued member of the specialist fabrication team.

Rachel joined Hawkins straight after her IT studies at Banbury College.

Transitioning to real work needed some quick learning, she soon became a valued member of the IT Team. She has been in the role for almost 3 years and provides a wide range of IT support, from day to day hardware issues to IT improvements and developments. Rachel plays an integral part in future proofing the IT infrastructure at Hawkins.
