For that reason we decided to take on a Continuous Improvement Leader with the aim of ensuring our processes are always progressing and followed and our companies are integrated in a way that will ensure the simplest and smoothest process for our customers.
We’d like to welcome Lindsey Hale to Hawkins – Lindsey has been recruited into the newly created role of Continuous Improvement Leader at Hawkins Group of Companies to manage and oversee the continuous improvement strategy for: Hawkins Group – Shared Services, Hawkins Projects Ltd, Hawkins Steel Ltd and Hawkins Roofing Ltd
Her role within the group is to be responsible for implementing new business processes and management improvements by providing our Hawkins team of industry professionals with the training and coaching needed to develop and grow their current skill set and experience with the aim of benefitting the companies when undertaking a wide range of construction projects.
