This week the Hawkins Group of Companies – including Shared Services, Hawkins Roofing Ltd, Hawkins Steel Ltd and Hawkins Projects Ltd received confirmation that we have been awarded the Alcumus ISOQAR Certification for ISO 9001:2015.
This is an internationally recognised accreditation which ensures our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet our customers applicable statutory and regulatory requirements through an effective quality management system.
Our decision to work towards the ISO 9001 accreditation demonstrates our commitment to providing a high-quality and consistent service to our clients and our ongoing investment in technology, development and processes and procedures. To become ISO 9001:2015 compliant we were required to under go a series of audits that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances. All aspects of our business setup and processes we analysed and improved upon with the aim to enhance customer satisfaction through effectively applying the improvements suggested in the audits.
This is a huge achievement for the entire group, we are dedicated to constant improvement and development and achieving the ISO 9001:2015 accreditation ensures we have the processes and systems in place for this.
