New Build Steel Project

Hawkins Steel Limited in conjunction with our Sister Company Hawkins Roofing Limited were instructed by one of our long established clients to supply, deliver and erect a 33m span x 33m Long conventional portal framed steel structure of approximately 50 tonnes designed uniquely around the clients busy transportation and logistics requirements, with the emphasis on maximising vehicle loading and dispatch.

The structure itself was fabricated within our state of the art fabrication facility in Banbury and the erection of the complete framework together with the galvanised cold rolled sections was undertaken by our own team of skilled installers on time and with special attention given to the clients day to day business operations and activities.

The roof covering for this project has  been supplied and installed by Hawkins Roofing Limited using TATA Trisomet 80mm thick composite L.P.C.B approved  roofing panels incorporating fully factory assembled insulated roof lights.

The cladding material is TATA Trisomet  60mm thick composite L.P.C.B approved side cladding panels, with the cladding and associated flashings and accessory colours  from the TATA standard colour range and selected by our client.

All panels are manufactured by TATA Steel and carry an insurance backed supplier issued Confidex material warranty of 30 years.
