What an incredible day at Banbury Rugby Club. Thanks to your generosity, energy, and community spirit, JB Looney Loops raised over £3,000 for RFU Injured Players Foundation a cause very close to our hearts.
This special edition of Looney Loops was held in honour of our very own John “JB” Baker, whose courage and resilience continue to inspire us all. Whether you ran one lap or twenty, donated a prize, cheered from the side lines, or simply showed up with a smile, you made a difference. Every pound raised helps provide vital support to players recovering from serious injuries.
A message from John:
“Thank you all so much for the amazing and kind support today. I have been overwhelmed by how many people I saw and the continuous kindness that myself, Sean Georgina, and Tina are receiving. I won’t lie, today has been hard in many ways, emotionally to be ‘home’ and being close to home and at the Rugby club means the world to me, Sean, Georgina, and T. Thank you all.”
Thank you for showing up, giving back, and proving that rugby is more than a game – it’s a community.
