Roofing Refurbishment

Hawkins Roofing Ltd were awarded the contract to refurbish the roof of three industrial units in Fareham, Hampshire.

The project involved the installation of internal safety and debris netting, and a full scaffolding for safety to allow the installation of a new overclad roof system, upgrading the thermal
properties of the roof and lining all existing gutters systems.

The project was successfully completed over an 8 week period whilst working around ‘Live’ factory operations.

• Ashgrid Spacer Bar System

• 200mm Insulation Upgrade

• New TATA steel profiled roofing sheets
supplied with a 25yr TATA backed warranty.

• New metal backed EPDM gutter liners
