“We had the opportunity to learn the basics skills in roofing with Hawkins Roofing Ltd before we started our formal apprenticeships with Juniper Training Ltd in April 2025! Our group is split between the Level 2 Roof Sheeting & Cladding and Level 2 Waterproofing pathway, with everyone spending a week together once a month in Birmingham at Juniper’s Training Centre. When not at college, we are all working on different sites alongside a dedicated mentor or supervisor. It has been very helpful to receive consistent support and guidance from our mentors, especially now that we have started to collate our portfolios!”
