Today, we honour Natalie Lella for her outstanding journey with Hawkins.
Before joining us, Nat spent 15 years at Oxford University in Events Management and Clinical Trials. She came to Hawkins on a temporary contract to support one of our biggest projects at the time – the multi-million-pound Dartford Laundry project.
Her dedication and expertise quickly earned respect, and Nat became an integral part of the team, supporting contract managers and later working closely with our directors. When Hawkins transitioned to an Employee-Owned Trust, Nat’s deep knowledge and approachable nature made her the perfect choice for Trustee Director of the EOT.
