Hawkins Roofing Ltd were awarded the contract to complete a new Business Enterprise Scheme development on the prestigious Milton Park estate, based in Abingdon.
We were heavily involved in the preliminary design discussions and at specification stage to ensure continuity with existing buildings on the Milton Park.
Hawkins Roofing Ltd were appointed as Principal Contractor, and responsible for all site based activity.
Including:
- Production of all health & safety plans
- Full-time site manager to co-ordinate all activities
- Supervised the demolition of the existing units
- De-contamination of the soil pollution
- All ground works as required
- The complete building envelope was fabricated and erected by Hawkins Personnel
- Design and specification to complete all internal fit out works including mezzanine floors into each individual units
